The second main antagonist of the series. An officer of the Spanish army who has an affection for Lolita. He is the evil, cruel, and arrogant right hand conspirator of Commandant Raymond on each of his evil schemes. Convinced he is the best soldier in the fort, he sincerely believes he deserves to be more than a mere lieutenant, and aspires to take over the Captain’s position one day.
