A disciple of the Iwamoto Dojo of the Kogan style renound in the Noubi region. Fujiki follows the Kogan style religiously and is undoubtedly loyal to its sensei. He is unable to accept failure and works, without rest, to overcome any obstacle in his way. This is often to the detriment of his relationships with the people around him especially that of the sensei's sole daughter whom Fujiki is attracted to.

Through an injury Fujiki receives in training he inadvertently creates a new technique not too dissimilar to that of the Kogan secret technique "Nagareboshi".
