Romeda is a fortune teller who is striving to make her own name in the business. She's constantly scolded by her mentor, which brings a great sense of anxiety and distraught to the poor younger woman.

And so, Slur grants upon her Starman to make all of her wishes come true. Unfortunately, due to his evil nature, Starman twists this desire into a horrible and destructive vision instead.
