A scion of the family which governs North Ameria's Inglessa dominion. Clever and charismatic, Guin's ambition is to launch a new industrial revolution to restore his backwards nation to the glories of its past. His plans are derailed by the arrival of the Moonrace, in response to which Guin helps organize a Militia fighting force.
