She started dubbing at an early age in 1980, along with her brother Adolfo Madera. Her first important character was little Gertie in Steven Spielberg's classic E.T.: The Extraterrestrial (where Adolfo also participated as Elliot, the protagonist and also being brothers). Although her brother decided not to pursue a career in voice acting and eventually dedicated himself to voiceover and other branches of acting, Cony continued with an outstanding career in dubbing that is already over 40 years old.
