Ibara Naruse,17 years old,last year high school girl.The main protagonist in the series. She is the friend and senior of Aoi Fukasaku and Taeko Nomura. She is the leader of the Coppelion Rescue Unit, who possesses super strength.Even she was very strong physically,she weak emotically,easy to make tears,and also fell in love with Haruto.She is tsundere in some moment when she met Haruto,she never or can't show her felling to him,even she lover him,and vice versa.Also,she could make her enemy to be her friends

She is armed with a modified Ludger 22 Caliber Ruger,and sometimes an Ground-to Air rocket "Hand Arrow"(don't be confused with Stinger rocket launcher).

She bring her ludger gun,besides to protect herself and battle utility,also to administer any victim and survivor with Aether,which contain their genetic serum to keep them alive while wait for JGSDF chopper (and that's why she asked Principal Mishima to make more Aether).

Her production code is C-2,cause Haruto Kurosawa code is C-1.Ibara mean "Rose" or "Thorn",and Naruse her give name mean "to give prosperties".
