Caustic, unyielding, and quick to let her dissatisfaction be known, Tsugumi’s intolerable personality has provided few friendships; though in truth has little desire in expanding upon those she already treasures. In light of this, she is strongly protective of Maki Hoshikawa – whom she regards as a sister – and constantly fears others will take advantage of the girl’s naïveté and innocence. When away from her companion’s side, Tsugumi can be found spending time at the academy library or in attendance of literature club functions.
