Kandata is a bandit who kills people without mercy. He is energetic and sadistic. He also sees fun and entertainment when committing crimes.

He appears in the story "The Spider's Thread" otherwise known as episode 11. The Mangaka of Bleach (Tite Kubo) designed him.
