One of Awakusu-kai's executives and also one of the youngest (about 30). He's unique among the yakuza members featured in this series in that he always uses the honorific speech (except for when he is talking to his subordinates).

He is depicted as representative of the "Intelliyakuza", who rely less on violent methods and more on information (intelligence) and financial manipulation for their income. He is a master of aikido and a fan of Hijiribe Ruri (according to Kazamoto). Within Awakusu-kai, he is also seen as the person responsible for dealing with Orihara Izaya, the information broker.
