Anzelmo is the true child of Marchelo and Edda Rossi. A former member of the Wolf Pack gang, he has a deep hatred for Romeo. Anzelmo falsely accused Romeo of beating him up and stealing money from his parents, but, in truth, he was beaten up by the Wolf Pack and he was the one who stole money from his parents.

In the Tagalog dub "Mga Munting Pangarap ni Romeo," his name is Angelo.
