Okra-chan is a short human-like person with light skin and short dark green hair. She wears a tall okra-like hat, a green collar, a yellow shirt, and dark-red pants.

Every episode featuring Okra-chan depicts her as a friend of Baikinman. However, she is an innocent character, and she does not help him fight against heroes like Anpanman.

Okra-chan maintains a vegetable farm.

Okra-chan first appeared in the episode "Baikinman and Okra-chan" on September 25, 1998.
