A seemingly random character, Koni Fernandez is the owner of the ramen shop favored by Kyouichi Houraiji. This larger-than-life fellow with his aloha attire is actually another spiritual guardian of Tokyo, the Priest of the Dipper Stars of the 28 Constellations of Kanto. He is also targeted by the Martial Fist at the beginning of season two, and helps the Stars that are fated to battle Munetaka Yagyuu. He even takes in Marie Claire.
