Rei is a student at Meisho Number 1 High School. He is also known as "#1", due to the fact that he was featured in a magazine as being the coolest and most handsome teenage guy in the area. He is good friends with Yuya. He has a cold and detached demeanour, but seems to act warmly towards Aya and is constantly annoyed by Ran. He has trouble expressing his feelings towards others (especially Aya).
