Julia's eccentric uncle. He and Judy met for the first time when he came to visit Julia at Lincoln Memorial High School. But Julia, being unable to accompany him for she had classes at the time, asked Judy to accompany him instead until she finishes.

Although Judy thought that he would be just like Julia, by the end of the day she realizes that he was just like a "normal person."
