The leader of his little gang who claims is not afraid of demons.

Noshiga is loud, rude and pushy to everyone. He boasts a brave front when hearing about the game of O-to-ko-yo, and feels he will be the one to find out who the demon is that's taking the kids.

Noshiga is the third kid to be captured by the demons, he was captured by the Chi-Tori (Blood-Taker) demon after fainting of the sight of Suku in the hands of the Kimo-Tori (Liver-Taker) demon.

The last time he is seen it is at the end of the movie... attached to one of the machines that light the city.

He is noticeable by having a Kanji character painted (tattooed?) on his stomach.
