Optimus (Convoy) is main leader of the Autobots (Cybertron warriors). He has appeared in multiple incarnations throughout the Transformers 20+ year long history. He transforms into a Freightliner truck.
He is also one of the most recognizable Western pop culture figures from the 1980s.
