SS-Obersturmführer Rip van Winkle is an officer in Millennium, utilizing a long barreled flintlock musket with "magical" homing bullets. Though she is powerful, It is unknown whether she is a vampire or a modified human. She already encountered Alucard during WWII, and fears the coming of "Samiel", fashioning herself as "Kaspar", the protagonist of the opera "Der Freischütz".

She leads the first "sortie" against the British when she lands a boarding crew aboard the British carrier HMS Eagle, killing all the crew, including the vampire operatives that had been planted on board.
