The fourth and youngest son of the Ducal House of Algren, which governs the east of the kingdom, including Allen's hometown. Gil was Allen and Lydia's underclassman at the Royal University and adores them both.

Although he normally comes off as a laid-back man with the gentle nature of a large dog, he is surprisingly capable and hailed as "the second coming of the first Duke Algren."
