Essor is a young woman who works as a World Gourmet Organization bookman. She was one of the three judges in the cooking duel between Souma Yukihira and Sarge, after in Asahi Saiba and Eishi Tsukasa during the 1st round of BLUE. In the 2st round of BLUE, Essor was one of the three judges in the cooking duel between Tadokoro Megumi and Saiba Asahi.
