Cha-Cha is one of the leaders of Tanpopo and a member of the Nijibana Rainbow Flowers. They are fourth among the Nijibana's in Hazakura efficiency, being at 398%.

Cha-Cha was born with the inability to communicate, which lead to them being put into an institution. During their time there, their parents never visited them and they could no longer could remember how they looked. In the institution Cha-Cha was neglected, no one knew about their extreme intelligence and was left in a state of nothingness for dozens of years.
