A gentle, diligent, and quick-witted person, Rikuson is a very capable official. He is able to stay calm in any situation, a skill he trained into himself as a result of his mother's last words. He is a quick thinker and good at manipulating people (though it is likely for their own good). Due to his diligence, Maomao thinks of him as Gaoshun #2.

Rikuson is able to memorize any face he sees, a skill he likely achieved through training and diligent work rather than pure natural talent.
