Aijou Rentarou is the protagonist of Kimi no Koto ga Daidaidaidaidaisuki na 100-nin no Kanajo.

Rentarou has experienced a 100 rejections since he was a toddler, so in return, his heart is naturally bursting with a thirst for love. Before starting high school, he visits a shrine to wish for a smooth love life. God appears and informs Rentarou that due to a cosmic mishap during his birth, he's been assigned a 100 soulmates that he's destined to meet throughout high school. If he chooses only one, the other 99 are fated to die horrible deaths.

After being confessed to by two of his soulmates on the first day of high school, he ends up conflicted. He of most people understands how it feels to be rejected, so he makes the decision that he's going to date them both and every other soulmate that comes along in the future.

With the Rentarou family steadily growing ever so large, only someone with a big heart like Rentarou can really unconditionally love all of his girlfriends and give them the happiness he promised them.
