Tiona Rudolvon is the eldest daughter of Outland Count Rudolvon and the older sister of Cyril Rudolvon. In the original timeline in which Mia was executed, she lead the revolution army alongside Sion Sol Sunkland and was called the Saint of Tearmoon. One of her motives was to avenge her father, whom she believed was killed due to becoming more popular than the emperor amongst the people. Due to this belief, Tiona refused to speak to Mia during the time leading to her execution, even after Ludwig begged her to do so.

In the present time, Tiona is close friends to Mia and is often trying to support her in any ways that she can. The changes in her views of Mia and the royal family started on the first day of the academy, when Mia defended her from those bullying her due to her low social standing. So that she can feel she is of use to Mia, Tiona has learned from Liora how to use a bow and arrow, a trait she shares with herself in the previous timeline, though for different reasons.
