Anne is the personal maid-in-waiting of the Tearmoon Empire's princess, Mia Luna Tearmoon.

Being Mia's personal maid was initially a position that Anne and many others thought she wasn't deserving of due to being a commoner and a newly hired maid. The reason for Anne's appointment to this position was as a reward for her loyalty to Mia, loyalty Anne believed she lacked due to only taking the job for the money it provided. In truth, the loyalty wasn't from the current Anne, but the one of the previous timeline, who continued to serve Mia even after she was imprisoned by the revolution army and all the way till she was executed.

Anne is an incredibly clumsy individual, and a bit of an airhead, but she continues to strive forward and do her best at all times. She is grateful for everything Mia has done for her and her family, and has sworn to remain by Mia's side no matter what happens. These feelings though have caused Anne great pain when she is left behind by Mia, believing it due to her inability in certain areas, such as riding a horse. Even during these times, Anne takes it as a lesson in that these are areas she need to work on improving herself, as to not be a burden for Mia or anyone else that servers her.
