Chikara is member no. 11 of the Round Table. He is a Negator with the alias Unmove. Chikara wears a schoolboy uniform. He has a long fringe that usually covers one eye. On the wrist of his right arm, he wears a bracelet featuring two dice, which doubles as a hair band. Due to his negation he can only speak Japanese, this causes him trouble and grief as he can't understand those around him. He's described as being spineless by Rip.
