Michiru is the former Under-20 World Champion of Vanguard, and as a result is very famous. He is idolized by many fighters, most notably Raika Koshiba.
He is close friends with Danji Momoyama, asking Danji to help him go to the United States to help him investigate the Deluxe tournament.
