A well-known and wanted member of Ooarai Girls' Academy's Agricultural Science Department. She is known as the 'villain of the century', but she also has a righteous side. She spends more time in the sheriff's jail than in the classroom.

Belle's birthday is March 18th, the same date in 1940 that Germany and Italy agreed to form an alliance against France and the United Kingdom.

Belle is named after the infamous American outlaw Belle Starr.
