Loughshinny, the introverted Draco, used to be part of Dublinn and lead them on the sacking of County Hillock in place of her elder sister Eblana, the supreme leader of Dublinn, despite misgivings from Mandragora and other Dublinn commanders. When Hillock was shelled by the local Victorian Army garrison, Loughshinny was severely injured and contracted Oripathy from the Originium-based munitions, and rescued by Outcast who unfortunately did not live long enough to see her being brought to Rhodes Island for further treatment.

After displaying competent combat skills and solid leadership skills, Loughshinny passed R.I.'s evaluations and added into their fold, adopting the codename "Reed" to describe her nondescript existence, like reeds in the waters. The fact that she is a Draco may put her into rivalry with HRH Alexandrina of Victoria, but nevertheless Reed is willing to aid R.I. in ending the Victorian Crisis with the pyrokinetic Arts that the Dracos innately have, even if it means she has to oppose her sister in the process.
