Kabura gives off a gloomy aura and is scarred on the inside. She usually has a playful attitude and sense of humour when around her fellow vampires. She enjoys teasing others and has a reputation for wanting to take away things that belong to others.

When at work, she has a no-nonsense attitude and is very blunt, pulling no punches. However, she likes to play around with her patients.
