Hoshi is one of the members of the Student Council.

Since he is not very tall and very lanky he looks like a child, he has long black hair and dark blue eyes. What is striking about Hoshi is his star-shaped birthmark on his left cheek and his permanent grin. Like the other male students, he most often wears a white shirt with a blue tie.

Hoshi is inscrutable, very calm and incredibly mature. He is held in high esteem by the others, and people are happy to turn to him for help or advice. Hoshi makes a friendly impression and interacts a lot with other students, but this is deceptive because he is very manipulative, he has no regard for others and seems to have other goals. He is incredibly firm and sees himself as superior to others, so he likes to shoo others around him.

Hoshi has an ability called Hope , which allows him to show visions to others that he has created himself. To make use of his abilities, he folds his hands as if he were praying. The visions he plants in others are usually horrific and include content such as death and destruction, he uses these to get others to cooperate with him.
