Laura is from the land of mermaids known as Grand Ocean. She is the same age as Manatsu and Sango. She's very self confident, and is the type of person who will honestly say whatever is on her mind. In order to become the next queen of Grand Ocean, Laura searches for the "legendary warriors, Pretty Cure" . She comes to the surface to live with Manatsu and the others so she can support them.
