Along with her best friend Miko, Mako was a fanatical fan of an idol named Yu-Yu. She and Miko attended concerts and meet-ups together in life.

When Yu-Yu committed suicide, both Miko and Mako were quick to follow in his death as soon as possible, though they don't seem particularly remorseful about it.
