Gil (ギル) is a character in Heion Sedai no Idaten-tachi series.

Appearance

Gil is a young woman with a long blond hair and blue eyes. She is usually seen wearing a sister clothes.

Profile

Gil is a sister who believes in God more sincerely than anyone else and continues to pray. She is very serious and kind, and she is always more concerned about others than herself.

Personality

She's kind and possses a great sense of justice, going so far as to risk her own life to defend others believing that god would punish her attackers. However, despite her resolve to defend the weak, she could not do much due to her own lack of power, considering herself as an burden. As the series progresses she ends up being the victim on several instances of abuse, which leads her to question her own faith and feel completely incapable. During the end of the ''Zoble Invasion Arc'', after reaching a breakdown due to her own powerlessness, her desperate cries along with the tragedy that befell the empire, resulted in the manifestation of a new Idaten. A Idaten who desperately searched for power to protect the weak, the culmination of her desires. After her idaten alter ego was pulled out. she becomes more calm and understanding.
