Mao is from Kozushima. Along with Yuna Hijirisawa, she formed the school idol group Sunny Passion. Mao is seemingly calm and observant. She's less talkative than Yuna, but is nonetheless kind, friendly and supportive towards Liella!, despite their rivalry. Mao has long purple hair with pink highlights. She also has side-swept bangs. Her eyes are purple, and she has thick prominent eyebrows.
