A clumsy, bumbling secretary at Ninjutsu Academy, he really wants to become a ninja himself but as he has no talent for the job he's had to settle for an office job instead. Unfortunately his skills at office work aren't much better, and his work is full of mistakes and blunders.

His one unfailing skill is spotting intruders trying to sneak in and students trying to sneak out and getting them to sign the entry or exit registries.
