Nekone is the younger sister of her older brother, Ukon. She is also a talented young girl who passed the difficult court exam, however even she is qualified to earn profession in philosophy, she was put on hold due to her young age.

Grown up without any friends, Nekone demonstrates a bossy attitude in the beginning, however she begins to open up around her older brother's companions, especially around Haku. At first, she initially thought that people think about themselves and when making friends with others, they only hurt one in the end. However, over time, she becomes more thoughtful and enjoys being with her friends for the first time.
