She is the queen of the Misurugi Empire and Ange's loving mother whom for years has kept her from knowing that she is a "Norma" until the day of her baptismal ritual where Ange was exposed as a "Norma" by her brother Julio. Fearing for Ange's life, she tries but fails to save her when she took a bullet for her when one of the guards tries to shoot Ange. She eventually dies from the gun shot, and Ange was taken away to the island of Arzenal.

Prior to the incident, she gave Ange her ring as a gift for her coming of age. It is suggested that the ring she gave it to Ange has part of her mana where she hopes that it might save Ange one day.
