Sena Izumi is an 18-year-old boy who just entered college. He is a major otaku, and is obsessed with Magical Girl LalaLulu.

Izumi is very skinny and extremely short for his age, making it easy to believe he is a girl. In fact, he meets love interest Ryouma while playing a bride to him in a television commercial.

Izumi dislikes show business and, despite his family urging him to try acting, he ambitions to become a popular mangaka like Saotome Miyabi.

He is a member of the manga society of Nanto University. His grandfather is American, so his eye color is a bit strange.
