A mild manner man who serves as the chief of the Clairvoyance Division which function as the Onmyo Agency's intelligence section. He is member of the 12 Divine Generals called the "Divine Eye". Despite a being First Class Shaman his combat skills are comparatively weak, however his true value lies in his unnaturally powerful Spirit Sight that can perceive and breakdown almost any spell.
